A Chicago native, son, and consummate foodie with Southern roots, Northern flair, and global experiences, Ken brings over 25 years of culinary expertise to The Bruce kitchen. His passion is food and serving people the best, most flavorful food possible.

Ken attended Whitney Young and trained at Le Cordon Bleu Chicago and has MBA at Wales University.

He loves dining and collaborating with other chefs and artisans to create unique dishes guests crave.

Meet Wytedgurie, affectionately called "Terri". Born in Lawndale, currently living in the Austin Area. She is a bonafide Westsider who loves all things Chicago.

Terri has over 15 years of operations and office management experience as well as years in festivals, community engagement, and events. She looks forward to bring her talents to The Bruce.

Terri attended Crown Academy, Collins High School, and Stillman College. She is a Delta Sigma Theta and Alumni of Soul Children of Chicago.

She loves God, Family & Music. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Juan was born and raised in Austin and resides on the Southside. She is a Chicagoan true and true!

She has over a twenty (20) Year Career as a Manager and Director of Four Star Hotels! Eleven (11) Years of experience in Festival and Events of which attendance range from 100 to 30k attendees! Her clients include Dwyane Wade, Common, Def Jam, and Heineken to name a few. She is so excited to bring her talent to the WEST SIDE!

Juan attended St Malachy & Crown Academy, Collins High School, and the University of Iowa. She is alumni of Soul Children of Chicago.

She loves hanging with her family and friends. Her favorite music is ....in this order Gospel, R&B, Country, Hip Hop, and EDM!
